By this declaration, I – an individual creating an application on the website https://citykripto.com (CityKripto), hereinafter referred to as the “Declarant”, being a capable person, not being in a state of misapprehension or fraud, confirm and certify the following information:
The funds and/or cryptocurrency assets have been obtained, received, or acquired by me legally and not through any illegal means.
The funds and/or cryptocurrency assets are my property.
All operations I undertake with funds and/or cryptocurrency assets are conducted consciously and in my personal interests, without pursuing the interests of third parties.
I do not act on behalf of and do not receive instructions from known or unknown third parties regarding the purchase or sale of cryptocurrency, nor any information or instructions about the crypto wallet(s) to which the cryptocurrency should be transferred or from which the cryptocurrency should be withdrawn to complete the purchase or sale of cryptocurrency.
I have full and clear understanding of the functionality, use, storage, distribution mechanisms, and other characteristics of cryptocurrency and accept the risks and consequences associated with purchasing or selling cryptocurrency. I fully understand the essence of cryptocurrencies, their operating principles, and their price volatility.
I have received comprehensive information about the chosen cryptocurrency to make an informed decision regarding the purchase or sale.
I comply with any applicable tax regimes in the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation.
The crypto wallet to which the cryptocurrency should be transferred or from which the cryptocurrency should be withdrawn belongs solely to me. I solely own, manage, and have access to it.
The amount of funds specified in the application I created on the website https://citykripto.com (CityKripto) is personal. I manage, own, use, or derive benefits from them for my own purposes and needs without any delegation or instructions from third parties or in the interests of third parties.
The amount of cryptocurrency specified in the application I created on the website https://citykripto.com (CityKripto) belongs solely to me, is used for personal purposes, and has been obtained legally and not through any illegal means.
I am not under the influence of third parties. I do not receive and have not received threats from unknown individuals, warnings, or promises of theft of funds from my bank account or fraudulent actions with my bank account.
I understand that in case I provide false information, I bear the risks of civil, administrative, or criminal liability as stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
CONFIRMATION OF TRANSFER AND RECEIPT OF CRYPTOCURRENCY. ABSENCE OF CLAIMS
Hereby, the Declarant confirms that the funds and/or cryptocurrency assets used in the application created by the Declarant on the website https://citykripto.com (CityKripto) have been sent or received by him to the specified crypto wallet/bank account/bank card in the appropriate amount.
The Declarant confirms the absence of claims regarding the transferred or received amounts of funds and/or cryptocurrency assets, the timing of the transfer of cryptocurrency or funds, and any other material or immaterial claims, and also confirms his unequivocal desire to conclude a transaction for the purchase – sale of cryptocurrency.
